Project in the spotlight: Rebelle Boutique
Greet from Rebelle Boutique in Drongen is a true fashionista, as she has been running a leading and vibrant women's clothing shop for 10 years. Last year, it was time for a Rebelle renovation of their premises. Thanks to her training as an interior designer, she immediately knew what style she wanted and the shop became a real gem.
Love at first sight
So for the renovation of her shop, Greet was also looking for a new floor. Searching online, she came across Floorify. After a visit to Vandevelde, one of the many fantastic Floorify distributors, she instantly fell in love. So much so that it made all her secret admirers a little jealous. Indeed, at Vandevelde she could see the Floorify Unagi-F317 herringbone vinyl floor on a large sample board. And in her own words, she is still not well with that.
A vinyl herringbone for a chic commercial space
Right from the start of the project, Greet knew she wanted to go for a herringbone floor, because she feels that a herringbone can instantly dress up a space. This is, of course, always useful in a clothing shop. Because her target audience is predominantly female, she also wanted a floor that would not make a disturbing noise when walking in heels. After all, many people think it is real wood. When Greet tells them it's actually a vinyl floor, they often fall over backwards in amazement. Luckily for them, they then thunder with their appetite not on a hard parquet floor, but on a warm and shock-resistant Floorify. After that heavenly experience, the ladies in question often decide to lay a Floorify floor themselves too. And they lived happily ever after.
